CNC end-face
milling and center hole drilling machine is widely
applied to milling end faces and drilling center holes
of crankshaft components and machining excircles in
automobile, tractor and motor industries etc. The
above-mentioned processes can be finished in one
setting. The special chucks and tools can be designed
and selected according to component dimension and
roughcast shape of customers. Stepless spindle speed is
controlled by frequency adjustable motor. NC control
system is integrated in electrical system, and hydraulic
system adopts control system consisting of overlap
valves. Drilling center holes is realized by servomotor
driven ball screw. The machine is guarded completely,
with interlocking switch on the sliding door, to
guarantee the safety of human beings and the machine.
