SUC8108 special
purpose machine is suitable for machining various
camshaft journal oil holes. It features five servo axes,
named Z1, Z2, X1, X2 and X3, and adopts CNC system to
form a flexible unit. One work-piece can be set up in
each cycle and clamped by hydraulic clamping device. The
machine consists of bed, guard, cooling system,
lubrication system, conveyor, hydraulic system, fixed
drilling plate, electrical control cabinet, headstock
and slide. It adopts MITSUBISHI control system and AC
servomotor. Fast programming and convenient operation,
water tank with large flow capacity in cooling system,
effective integrated guard and wires in the air,
automatic door, as well as specious appearance are
features of the machine.
